Ashley Homstead is a compassionate and empathic healer who specializes in various talents such as Mental Health Counseling, Pranic Healing, and Holistic Life Coaching. Ashley practices Mental Health & Co-Occurring Substance Use Disorder Counseling under an LCSW, LADC, CCS license and focuses on areas of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Ashley separately practices Pranic Healing, a form of energy work, under a Pranic Healing certificate to help move congested energy through the body and aid the body in healing itself.
